Our Process

  • Geometric drawing of an outline square with sections divided by vertical, horizontal, and diagonal lines.

    Somatic Approach

Voice beyond sound. It is shaped by the body and nervous system. Sessions incorporate body awareness, breath work, and regulation strategies to support a voice that feels natural, grounded, and sustainable. This approach is informed by training as a yoga teacher, integrating movement and embodiment into voice work.

    Pitch, Resonance & Prosody

We take a collaborative approach to explore and develop vocal qualities such as pitch, resonance, intonation, and speech patterns. The goal is not to fit a specific standard, but to find a voice that feels authentic and aligned with your identity. We begin with education and training.

    Integrating Technology & Awareness

Use of technology such as biofeedback may be used to increase awareness of how your voice is working. This combination of technology and embodied practice supports meaningful, lasting change.
